I first became interested in holistic health in 2008 when I went to see a Naturopath. The health benefits I noticed within just a few months created a craving around well-being that has continued to grow. My IBS, addictions, insomnia and BED disappeared and I started living a new life through a new me. This transformation led me on a unique path and it is something I want to share with those who are ready to embrace a healthier and happier way of being and living.

Most recently, I graduated as a Health and Lifestyle Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

Over the years I have studied Naturopathy, Ayurveda, Nutrition, Gut Health, Hormones, Medicinal Plants, Essential Oils and Detoxing (cleansing and fasting). Being an avid reader, I have devoured an infinite amount of books around all aspects of holistic healing, wellness and spirituality.

I am a Meditation Instructor as well as a qualified Yoga teacher (Kundalini, Yin, Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow) and I place a special focus on pranayama (breathing). My passion lies in healing people at the root and having an integrative approach; looking at all aspects of someone’s life and well-being. My real zeal comes from helping people find their balance and live their best life.
